The package shipped out and arrived even faster than it was estimated for it to do so, with free shipping due to the size of my order. I could check the progress of my order at any point in time there was never "radio silence" as to the status of my vinyls. The website even clearly points out that any items purchased alongside a pre-order will wait until the pre-order is ready to ship, whereas a lot of sellers I've experienced arent clear on that up front.

I was trying to buy a Piano book that was only available in America, every shop I attempted to make a purchase from, quoted me an insane price for shipping ( Since I live in the UK ) except Arcline Store. They were the only shop that quoted me a shipping price that was cheaper than the Piano book itself, this price also covered all Import fees into my country. As a result, I received a well packaged and fairly priced copy of a book I have been after for months! This was truly a Premium experience for me! Thank you Arcline store!!

A little late, but communication was great and I love the product. It did take like, a year to get what I ordered, but that meant I'm at a better level to play the piano pieces I bought. Plus, it was a pre-order and the delay in printing/ shipment probably wasn't Arcline's fault. Love love love the book!

Packaged well and quick shipment

Trying a buy a vinyl that was non existent from retailers in the UK/Europe so decided to try my luck with Arcline. The vinyl came is great condition and was packaged well, so the outer sleeve has no damage on arrival. If I need to get another hard to acquire vinyl here I will definitely be using them again.
