Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

I've received excellent concierge experience, despite going through three of them. Outstanding design work, and fabulous press release and advertising experience. But I have to say the editing was jarring in the cost which was beyond my budget. Overall it was a great experience.

They are liars and frauds. They did a total bait and switch on me. They told me editing was included then told me I had to pay another 3k for it. Now they are refusing to give me back the money I had paid them. They basically stole 1800 from me. If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay away from them.

As a new author of the devotional entitled: With Outstretched Arms, A 40-Day Devotional for Health Care Workers and Caregivers, I've learned a lot and will be ready, God willing, to tackle another book with less revisions. I've also enjoyed working with each department from customer service to the production and printing! Very positive experience! Thank you and may God continue to bless Archway Publishing!!

So far, archway has sold zero copies of my book. I'll wait to see how well they do marketing for the next survey.

Great help and information. Good costs factors in publishing with you. great staff...

If I could rate negative stars I would. Short encounter: one of their sales people cold called me, convinced me to give them a down payment of $1,200. The next day I realized I did not want to do this and asked for a refund. Lots of smoke, no refund. These guys are scam artists preying on the vulnerabilities of new authors. I've filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Beware!

What an exciting adventure! Each person I worked with at Archway Publishing was great! Eager to help and responsive to all my calls.

Good company very detailed.
