OK The Book CAME OUT FINE THE REST OF THE OPERATION IS A GIANT PAIN IN THE ASS

Everything about my publishing experience was horrible once I got in production. It has been downhill since. That director made false promises. DO NOT waste your time!!

I chose Archway Publishing initially because of the umbrella company, Simon & Schuster. It’s one thing to have written a book and quite another to find a way to get it into the hands of children to enjoy. From initial contract offerings, throughout the editing process and on to the finished product, I had professional assistance at every stage. I was not disappointed. My book is exactly as I had hoped it would be.

While there is a process, they stick to the maximum times highlighted and don't engage a lot throughout the process other than by email. It is very cold and low touch compared to how much they sell you during the beginning. Very expensive for low engagement.
