Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

I am very impressed with the way Archway Publishing took extra pains in publishing our works. Everything about them was done with excellence as we were walked through the complete publishing experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I am very satisfied with the end result how it all came together. Thank you, Archway for a job well done!!!

Hello, my name is Anthony and I just published my first book with Archway. I must say that, that experience was great even though I have no comparisons to make with another publisher as a novice. They were patient with me and helped me through all my rough spots. They made timely suggestions and answered all my queries in a timely fashion. They have made it easier for me to embark now on book #2.

Communication is menial with this organization. And when I finally received the copies of books I ordered, the book packaging was tethered and several of my books were damaged. Super sad because I really thought I found an organization that I could grow with.

I used them several years ago. The editing was terrible and not to my standards, so I essentially edited it myself. The marketing campaign I paid thousands for was nonexistent. I made almost no money through them. In addition, they have sold my information and I am inundated with calls and emails from other self- publishing houses on a multi-weekly bases. And I know they did it because it's a phone number I haven't given out in years but we still keep (the home line). I would suggest really doing your homework on a self-publisher before spending thousands of your hard earned dollars only to be basically left alone with nothing to show for it. And if you chose this company, I hope you have better staffing than I did and you see some results. I paid probably $5,000 to them and have made less than $300.

I would give them no stars at all but I had to choose. Archway publishing is the worst company to try and self publish. They are scam artists. I tried to get my first and only down payment back and conveniently for them, they said it would take 12-14 days. It's been over two weeks and still no money. They are scam artists. They don't even ask to see your manuscript first. They just promise you the world so they can get your money. Stay away from Archway and save yourself the head/heart ache.

I am very pleased with the publication of my book. Both the interior and exterior lay outs are very fine. I am already getting feedback from some of my friends/readers, and they are also most impressed! THANK YOU, ARCHWAY!

I felt Archway was very professional and I’m glad I have my book Push Forward published with them .

Archway was a pleasure to work with from my first call to receiving my books in the mail. I wasn’t prepared for every expense, but they walked me through each step. Every individual at every level was patient and helpful - incredibly important for a first-time publish experience. Their connection to Simon & Schuster is also a blessing, since it lends more credence to the marketing arena. If I self-publish again, I will work with Archway again.
