Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

My childrens book, "Charlie and the Tractor" is being published with Archway Publishing. The illustrators have the project now. I look forward to the creation of my charactors, and eventually, the physical book. So far, each staffer has been great to work with. The process is easy to follow. So far, so good. Will leave further feedback after project is completed. Remember that you get what you put into it.

My journey with the Archway publishing team was arduous but very rewarding in the end. I learned quite a bit along the way that only improved my writing and self-publishing skills. My choice to hang in there with a high team of professionals, and their patience and advice has yielded a quality product. A huge “thank you” goes out to the entire team; from editing, to marketing, advisor and publishing.

I was disappointed in not knowing that I would get no help with graphics. It’s surely in the contract somewhere, but when I wanted to include a map with something looking other than hand drawn and labeled, nope, sorry. If I had understood that early on I could have a graphic artist to help. Unfortunately I didn’t inquire until I was ready to publish, so....

I am so happy with how my book was handled. The customer service is great.

I am a first time author and my experience with Archway has been a nightmare. I have no words to describe the frustration and disappointment. I have invested $4500 to get my book edits and published and its nothing like they described. As first time author, I trusted their editorial team with recommendations and corrections and the book was produced with many errors bother gramatic and format related. They gave me the run around with my book cover. They lack proper communication and they will through you between customer services reps who are clueless about your project and have no insight or educated opinion about the publishing industry. I learn a hard lesson and it was an expensive one to say the least but I am no way publishing with them. I am still struggling to get my published book fixed. NEVER AGAIN!

Marketing included hard, soft and e-book versions. (1) Did not create my e-book until I brought it to their attention six months later; (2) attention to detail is terrible; (3) all books sold were as a result of my own efforts - and not one can be attributed to Archway's "marketing." Very unhappy - and advise anyone considering using the marketing services to go elsewhere.

As a first time published author, I really knew so little about the process. For my next book I will be so much more better informed, Archway led me patiently step by step through the process

I am so disappointed in their marketing plan. Its all a fraud. I lost my money and the director refused to give me a refund.
