Archway is a good publishing company for the following reasons: 1. You get your money's worth. 2. They work with you with negotiating payments. 3. They guide you through the hole process. 4. The advisor is friendly and patient. 5. This company will not take your money and give you the boot with out accurate publication performance. Thanks for all you have done in publishing two of my books. The third one will be in process in a few months. Thanks for making me smile in the final productions for both books. The old saying the third time is a charm. JH

This was my first book experience. Everything went smoothly, all questions were answered, everyone was very professional. Very proud and happy with the finished product. I would definitely choose Archway again

The team at Archway has been great in assisting me with publishing my first book, Getaway Home, a guided travel journal. I have a much better understanding of how the publishing world works now.

The communication for the first few months of this project was pitiful. Once I was switched to another point of contact, it improved, but my progress was delayed by a month.

“The publishing world has changed” you will hear this time and time again. Other people reviews are correct in being that they don’t really want to talk to you unless it is SELLING you more EXPENSIVE services. They legit have no interest in your book at all. They just want to sell, sell, sell you more editing and more marketing services. This is a multi-million dollar company. I think they use Simon and Schuster as a name brand to entice people to use their services but no one is picked up by them. It feels very scammy and expensive. One marketing sales person told me that people pay top dollar to “invest” in their book, quote “even living out of their car if they have to.” That was a point that told me I made a huge mistake ever starting out with this company at all. For me, there have been many, many red flags along the way.
