I still don’t have the bed and you keep telling me you are contacting the shippers who allegedly have it and I have to keep asking you every few days what is happening. It’s been since April I think. Please please please get me the bed

Everything about my experience with Archic Furniture was terrific. Stella helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped me navigate the ordering process with skill and professionalism. The company used to deliver my purchase, Estes, kept me informed of every movement of my order. The delivery driver, Miguel, delivered my order with care. And we love the quality and look of our new beds.

This bed is beautiful, high quality, and very easy to open and close. The mattress is also much more comfortable than I expected. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, and it was absolutely worth it. Since I live alone, even if I had asked someone to help me, it probably would have taken us an entire day to put it together. The package was also extremely heavy and barely fit into my building’s old elevator, so I honestly have no idea how I would have managed it myself without help. Thankfully, two wonderful men from the Archic company brought everything in, unpacked it, and completed the assembly in about 30 minutes since part of it was already pre-assembled. They even took all the packaging and garbage with them afterward. They were professional, kind, and lovely to work with. I’m extremely happy with the final product and highly recommend this bed to anyone living in a studio apartment. It fits beautifully into the space and offers a lot of storage as well.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are so happy to hear the bed has been beautiful, high quality, and easy to use, and that the mattress exceeded your expectations. Stories like yours are exactly why we offer delivery and assembly. A Murphy bed is heavy and time-consuming to install, especially on your own, so we are glad our team could handle the lifting, navigate that elevator, complete the assembly quickly, and leave the space clean afterward. We will be sure to pass your kind words along to the two installers. It means a lot to know the bed fits your studio so well and gives you the storage you were looking for. Thank you for recommending us, and we wish you many comfortable nights ahead. - Archic Furniture Team

Customer service was very easy to work with! They reached out right away when they realized the requested assembly charge was going to be more than estimated and provided options so we could determine the best choice for our budget. The optional trays we purchased didn’t arrive with the delivery and customer service was there the whole way through to help remedy the situation and keep us posted. And the Murphy bed cabinet is wonderful! Would definitely purchase from here again!

We are thrilled to hear our team made the process easy and kept you informed every step of the way, from clarifying the assembly charge options to staying on top of the missing trays until everything was resolved. Transparency and communication mean a great deal to us, and we are glad it showed. It is wonderful to know you are enjoying your Murphy bed cabinet, and we would be delighted to help with any future purchases. Thank you again for choosing us and for the kind words. - Archic Furniture Team

My experience was top notch from beginning to even after delivery. The ordering was simple via their user friendly website. Robb delivered it flawlessly and Stella has been in touch to make sure all is well. The cabinet is a beautiful piece of high quality furniture. The cabinet easily turns into a queen bed .

I did a lot of research before choosing which brand of murphy bed to purchase. Archaic did not let me down. The bed is beautiful and I was able to build it myself in just a couple hours! Converting it is super simple and also can be done alone. It’s just what I was looking for!
