ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

Ordered before July 4th. Was sent out right away and received quickly. Not affected by the holiday at all.Very affordable, also.

With a new puppy in the family there was a need for "soft" chokers. Thank you for having them available in many sizes (we will order larger sizes as she grows) at very reasonable prices. Pet stores in this area do not carry these "soft" chokers. I have used them for may years on all my dogs. A Bulldog, many Shar-Pei and a 98 pound collie.

ArcataPet has reasonable prices, shipped my order FAST, gave me order tracking info, & followed up with me.

The Customer Service at ArcataPet.com was excellent. When the order I put in online turned out to be out of stock, the sales team immediately contacted me to find an alternative option. I was able to request a new item via email and they fulfilled the order right away. I was very happy with my experience and the product, small cat name tags, turned out exactly as I had expected.

I ordered 6 of the yarn cat nip stuffed animals and they arrived very quickly and were what I expected! All adorable and my cats love them.

I've ordered 3 times and had a good experience. I saved a lot of gas trying to find what I wanted. Prices are very competitive as well.

Although I have only ever purchased just a few items from ArcataPet I have found those items to be of high quality. My lory loves the new gel food that I got for him. ArcataPet also has great communications, a nice selection of goods and very fast shipping. I highly recommend them!

I had been looking for replacement doors for a bird cage. Happened upon your website. Easy to order and I appreciated the option of giving a credit card online or submitting the order and then calling with payment. I believe I spoke to the company on Saturday and my replacement arrived on Tuesday! They were in the mail the day I called. Will definitely be using them again!
