I had an excellent experience with Arcata. I ordered some miracle nipples and oral syringes to feed an orphaned squirrel. I had ordered them separately and then asked in the comments section for them to be shipped together to save on shipping. There was a slight mix up but Arcata corrected it immediately after I emailed them and even let me keep the extra set of nipples just to make it right. It is so refreshing that a company reacts so quickly and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! I would definitely recommend this company!
