I was at an Arby’s storefront in Lincoln NE today. As part of my order I asked for a plain hamburger (meat and bun, nothing else). Without saying a word, the associate proceeded to ring up the $6.99 burger and removed all the toppings, leaving me paying $6.99 for a piece of meat and bun. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, I was told yup, that’s the way it works. The What a rip off, I’m pretty sure that had I been informed that was the only way they can do it I would have cancelled the order and went to McDonald’s and ordered 7 burgers off of the dollar menu. It will be a great long time before I give another fine to this franchise, rather, I will seek out a competitor who is more customer friendly vs. this money grab. If I could give a zero rating, I would
