I placed an order for Dewalt walking weed eater for $320 w/shipping. Order was acknowledged upon approval (whatever that meant) and i would receive notice of shipping. 3 weeks later, I still have no notice of shipping AND no response to my two requests for order status. I called to cancel the order and they won't even talk to you if the order isn't over $1000. Never again. Update: Two weeks after I canceled the order I finally received an acknowledgement that the order was canceled.

It was wonderful shopping on this site. I have been looking for a fireplace and couldn’t find the one I wanted until I discovered this site. I found the most beautiful fireplace and ordered it immediately. So the site is great.
