Being the first time I have attempted a patent, I received good advice and guidance throughout the process. I was able to give good feedback that was listened to throughout the process. Not being very good at describing concepts or drawing them, Steven Butcher did a great job of bringing the concept into a coherent drawing. Ken Brooks did a great of grasping my project and putting it into writing, There were times that the process seemed to be moving slower than I would have liked and a few times that promised dates of completion were not kept but overall, that did not slow us down significantly.
