Special Delivery
Delivery was speedy. The wig was beautiful. My only issue is the wig ban was way too wide in the back. The hair doesn’t shed and the color was right on point. I highly recommend ordering from this company. They have very good quality hair

This is my second purchase
This is my second purchase. I decided instead a wig to do bundles.I received my hair approximately 10 days after ordering. My order went “unfulfilled” for about 5 days before I decided to contact someone using the chat assistant.Once the order was finally fulfilled I received my hair 3 days later. So far so great, after washing the hair it was super soft and the curls are beautiful.i look forward to trying more hair from Arabella!

Definitely going to give this purchase…
Definitely going to give this purchase a four out of five. It’s been a while since I have purchased a wig, but when I tell you this wig gave me a new life lace was immaculate. The color was pristine the only reason I didn’t give it a five because whoever cut it chopped it up and I’m going to have to take it to a professional to have it cleaned up

Hi Shonda Smothers thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you are generally satisfied with the wig, but we are sorry about the cutting issue. We will take steps to improve our quality control in the trimming process. Your comments are very important to us, and we hope you will continue to choose our products. Arabella hair
