Amazing quality and excellent service !
I recently purchased hair from Arabella Hair, and I couldn't be happier! The quality is absolutely amazing—soft, full, and true to length. The hair holds curls beautifully and doesn't shed or tangle. The shipping was fast, and the customer service team was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. They even checked in after delivery to ensure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the gorgeous hair. I highly recommend Arabella Hair to anyone looking for top-quality hair at a great price. I will definitely be purchasing again!

Great Customer Service/Fast Shipping
I ordered the 24in. cinnamon brown ombré 6x5 frontal wig. Before I placed my order, I reached out to the company to make sure the hair I wanted was in stock. They responded literally minutes later and right after I placed my order, they sent me the tracking information. I received the hair before the expected arrival date and couldn’t wait to try it on! The hair is beautiful and just what I wanted. My only complaint is that the cap is a bit big for my head but this is a common issue for me since I have a tiny head. The hair is very full, had no smell, and only minimal shedding. Came with wig caps, edge brush, wig band, eyelashes, and a cute barrette clip. This is one of the most pricey wigs I’ve ever ordered, but well worth the price!

Arabella Hair 6x5 Limited Edition and Customer Service Review
Hello! This is my third time purchasing from this company. My latest installment is the 6x5 Limited Edition Deep Lace Way in Natural Black 26 inches! I absolutely love this hair! Although I had to wait awhile to get this unit, I am very pleased with how it turned out. I did reach out to the customer service to inquire about my order and they were friendly and apologetic. My unit delivery was February 13th and I received an email follow up, to ensure my package arrived to my satisfaction. This level of customer service is top tier because it made me feel valued even though I had to wait! I will continue to do business with this company! Arabella Hair, you have a forever customer! Thank you! -Shelley

1st time buying from Arabellahair and it won't be my last. Shipping was in about 7 days. True to length and soft. It did shed but not to bad for a blonde unit.
