As for the label that mentioned “synthetic wig”, please don’t worry. That description is only used to help the package clear customs faster—it does not reflect the actual product. All of our wigs are made of 100% human hair, and you can even do a simple flame test to verify. About the wig caps and fit, we’re truly sorry they didn’t meet your expectations. Different batches may have slight variations in cap size and lace cutting, but this should never affect the overall wearing experience. We’d be happy to assist you in adjusting or exchanging them if you’d like. Finally, for the flyaways, a small amount can appear in human hair wigs, but this can be improved by applying mousse, serum, or lightly flat-ironing. Still, we completely understand your frustration and will keep working to improve our quality control.
