Honestly I’ve bought from this website a few times and they’ve failed to disappoint. The hair is always so soft and has that nice glossy look to it. It’s easy to manage especially if you’re a first timer. And it’s so voluminous and gives a really natural look. They’re always easy to get into contact with if needs be. But I’ve never had a problem before so it’s very rare to have to do that. I will definitely continue to buy from here.

I ordered my wig on a Sunday and received it on a Thursday. It was easy to track with the tracking number. I ordered a 6x5 balayage , 18 inch wig. The hair was super soft and bouncy. I didn’t have to bleach the knots or do any plucking. Definitely will be ordering again, soon!

This company has gone above and beyond for me and they’ve definitely earned me as a repeat customer. The hair I received from Arabella is so gorgeous and voluminous which is something I’ve struggled to get from other human hair wig companies I cannot stand flat hair on me. They also helped me sort out issues I ran into with the shipping company. The people at Arabella were equally as invested as I was in making sure I got my package and they checked in with me to make sure it came BEFORE I reached out to them.
