Everyone has a different experience with each brand they order from- but for me, Arabella has become a total lifesaver for me. If this helps anyone- I am bald and have alopecia. I have a larger skull frame and head size of 23.6 inches. Even though 95% of wig companies claim being big head friendly, this company is hands down the best option for someone like myself needing that saving grace in the wig world! It’s very hard to find a true good fit with a larger skull/head shape so, take it from me- these wigs are the truth! Additionally, their new HD lace line is UNMATCHED! I have pale skin and it completely disappears as soon as it hits my skin. And lastly- customer service via email AND WhatsApp? You won’t find better. Truly it’s insane to me how great their service is. That’s also extremely hard to find! Thank you Arabella for becoming my daily companion in this wig journey! 💖

The company dispatched my wig the next day, I received various emails showing me where my wig was. I was able to buy now and pay later and the wig is exactly as described! I couldn’t believe the quality of the wig given the price. Usually I have been disappointed but I highly highly recommend Arabella Hair.
