Hi Hillary Clinton Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We are happy to hear you loved the hair quality, fast shipping, and the natural-looking balayage color on the khaki blonde wig. We truly appreciate your kind words. We are sorry to hear the ends felt a little tangled. Human hair can sometimes become dry or tangled during transit, especially at the ends, but a little conditioner or leave-in care usually helps restore smoothness. If you continue to experience any issues, please feel free to contact us — we are always here to help and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Thank you again for choosing us!
