Arabella hairReviews of arabellahair.com

Fraud do not order from them they will take your money and not ship anything and ignore you a big scammmmmmmm!!!!!!!

Purchased this hair January 2023. Tangled up like a bird's nest after 4 days of wear. The Company says they stand by their product. However no replacement was offered and only a $40 credit toward another purchase [which will not be made], was offered. Waste of time and waste the money. LuvMeHair is the better product!

I do not recommend Arabella hair. The pictures of the product is NOT the same as what arrives to your door! Worst of all, they have a thirty day return policy if you don't like the product. It sounds good but they will not honor the thirty day return policy. I spend two hundred dollars on what I believe is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Stick to the items actually sold in the USA. There will be NO WAY to get a refund otherwise. The product that you see on the website most likely want be what you get!

I ordered two wigs from this company to get a good discount. Unfortunately I was receiving so many ads from so many different hair companies that I mistakenly bought from Arabella. I purchased on February 1st and received my items on February 7th. I was very skeptical of the products when my receipt was in Chinese and I had no idea that this was a Chinese company and I knew that that meant communications may be difficult. It was. The hair was dry and thin and smelled bad and was not lace front. I took only one of the units out of the bag to look at it and never tried anything on because I know that they would refuse to take it back. They tried to get me to take a small credit and keep the hair They wanted me to try on the hair when their policy strictly says they will not refund if the hair has been used. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and they assisted me in getting the refund because the company was very slow to reply and even after returning the wigs they still have not refunded me. The refund came from PayPal.

This is my first review I have ever made on Trustpilot. I ordered this wig through a YouTube review and loved it. But the wig I got looks very different. So I contacted them immediately to tell them that the wig quality is not so great and that it is not the same wig I saw. They kept trying to convince me to keep the wig by giving me a $40 refund. I said I want to return it as I don't like the wig. Then they said $60. They also said I have to customise it and style it. But it's a glueless wig and the person on the video only cut the lace and didn't have to do any styling to it. Which is the point of a glueless wig. I told them I won't try the wig on as they won't accept a refund for hygiene reasons. Spending £187 for this quality, I could have gotten this wig on Aliexpress for £100 cheaper. They also said I will have to pay for return and tax fee. But on their website it says if its the sellers fault they will pay for it. It also says if you don't return the wig 3 days after contacting them they will reject the wig. I told them I want to return it today and now they are not replying to me. Today is day two as they replied to my request just today, I contacted them yesterday. It seems like they are delaying my request intentionally so I cannot return it. This is my Order number Arabella95159 contact me immediately and stop delaying my request to return it. This is not acceptable. I want to return it today to avoid any further problems. And if its not solved I will take it a step further.

Well I ordered one just on today read good reviews about them just last week a skeptical anyway but decided to give them a try, in which I should have waited because I kept trying to get in touch with someone about the wrong shipping address it's being sent to couldn't get in touch with no one at all about the situation...I look on here read today's reviews and regret that I did...wish I would've seen these before my purchase because I just purchased one a couple hours ago like I said just last week I read good reviews that's why I did without looking at this today..smh

I ordered my hair 14 days ago! They say 2-5 days for arrival! I ordered for my birthday hair which was 5 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived! They said it hadn’t shipped out yet but when I track it it says it’s been delivered to someone in Brooklyn NY! After I tell them that they say it shipped to my address! But I have the proof it never did! Do NOT order from Arabella!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! HORRIBLE WIGS BAD QUALITY!!!!! I wish I could upload a pic or video to show how bad it is!!! You can’t comb it the hair literally comes out from the roots!! You can’t wet it because it will knot immediately!! I NEVER EVEN GOT A CHANCE TO WEAR THE WIG!!! It stunk when it arrived and I tried washing it and it knotted completely. I sent videos and pic and they would not give me a refund or exchange!!!
