Buy straight from the supplier
I ordered a wig and it was cute, but it came directly from China, it was shedding extremely bad, the red dye leaked and stained a lot of my clothes, and it was not easy to brush after a wash. It was very disappointing. I reach out to the company and they have not replied yet.

I ordered a hd 5x5lace closure 1st mistake I have ordered several wigs from Arabella this by far is the worst wig I have gotten the way they sewed the weft on the wig was crazy I couldn’t brush it down on flat iron it I am very disappointed n won’t be ordering from them again I buy so many wigs I don’t get a chance to wear them wen I get them

Do not buy from here
Do not buy from here. I bought a wig and never put it on or anything. Asked for a return within 7 business days. They would not return the wig, they force you to keep it.

I actually believe this company is a…
I actually believe this company is a scam, we will soon find out. I have tried to contact this company so many times with this order and have been ignored. I have all my attempted emails to this company available for a lawyer. I have been waiting for my hair to come for over 9 days and it's still at the JFK airport. I live in California. The first time I tried this company the hair was very tight and had full deep waves when I asked for loose waves. It also became very tangled. A friend suggested I try them one more time to make sure they were legitimate, and here I am in a situation where I haven't even received my hair, I'm not sure if I will receive my hair at this point. Which is fine I will get my money back. Klarna has been notified of this mess. I'm so glad I went through Klarna instead of my bank account..

Scam- They do not accept returns even when they send the wrong wig
These people are dishonest, unprofessional, scammers. They sent me the wrong wig and instead of honoring their return policy they keep asking me instead to keep it and they'll give me $20. They wig was $144. Ridiculous and very unresponsive. I will be reporting them to BBB and filing a dispute w my credit card company. NEVER order from them. They only cater to influencers.

This company steals & lies
I ordered a fall wig from this company and the very day I received it I emailed the company and told them I didn’t like it and wanted to return it. Immediately got a response from the company asking for pictures that the product has not been altered in any way and I did. No response from the company in 2 days so I emailed them again. This time they tell me a lie about the return process taking 15 day when their policy says 7 and they’re only refunding me $27 all the while telling me to keep a product I don’t want in every email they send me. They do not do business properly and are thieves and liars. In a 5 day period they lied and said I had the product for 10 while they’re purposely ignored me.

Never received order
Never received order, had to cancel my hair appointment. Company is unwilling to provide a refund, I’ve been communicating with them for 8 days waiting for the hair to show up.
