UPDATE: They didn't change they way they shipped the new barrel and won't respond to me. Won't respond, deleted comments then pretended like they didn't. Trash customer service. If you want damaged/and dirty parts buy from these people.

Never again! Terrible customer service. I received an item that was defective from the factory. It took over 5 weeks to get my $20 refunded. I was constantly on customer chat (almost daily) for several weeks just pleading with them to send me a RMA shipping label. Finally after 3 weeks they emailed me an RMA. 2 weeks after returning the item i contacted them again. Customer service had no tracking information on the returned item, so I supplied them with that (it was their shipping label). Finally they acknowledged my refund. This was a constant uphill battle filled with frustration to get my $20.00 back. This place is a joke!

Hey Mike. Sorry you feel that way. As we stated in our email to you, we could not promise that we could cancel your order, as it had already been sent down to the warehouse and was in the process of being packed and shipped. We offered a free return label and a full return for the item. I also tried to personally call you and you started cursing at me, and another customer service rep. We were more than willing to work with you and we did everything we could, which is why we had several people go look for your order and we were actually able to cancel it.

I’ve been in the market for a PWS upper. While searching, I discovered this company with the item listed below other competitors with free shipping; however, the item was out of stock. I joined the waitlist in hopes that the upper would come available prior to Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sales. It did not, so I began searching on Armslist. Low and behold, I found the exact same upper at the same price point from none other than this company. Yet, I was never notified of the item becoming available (spam and promotion emails checked). I did the online chat to see if maybe the website needed to be updated. They could not answer or explain. I inquired about purchasing and it wasn’t available. A rain check for a later date was also not an option. Edit: Horrible customer service. The response from the business only solidifies my initial complaint. During the online chat the armslist link was provided. No research was provided at the time of concern. They had no interest. Now, rather than pulling the transcript they want me to reproduce the link. The best they could offer me at the time was a line to call to reiterate everything I had informed to the online agent of. That’s not customer service, that’s an irritable waste of time. Will never do business with this company.

Hey Ethan! I am very sorry to hear about the confusion with this. Unfortunately, we were in fact sold out of the upper. That listing on armslist is automatically bumped by armslist and not by us. It was a very old listing, and like I said, we were sold out the entire time, so rest assured, you didn't miss out on any deal. Should have known better. Good prices but you get what you pay for. 3rd time in a row takes over 2 weeks to receive order and you pay for shipping. Do yourself a favor pay a little more and save on the aggravation of watching for orders that take forever. If you order from ar15discount you will look back at this review and kick yourself. Give it a 👍up if your kicking yourself so I can get a chuckle.

Ordered a Faxon barrel match series. Took a little over a week but was worth it. Thought it was a good company so I ordered again.. I ordered a dirty bird heavy buffer set. What I received on the other hand was a dirt bird box with kak industries parts inside. Not sure how that happened. But the parts weren’t even for my ar10. Double check your order upon arivial.
