AR15 DiscountsReviews of ar15discounts.com

The lower build kits were great but some of the parts could have fit better . They were discount build kits though. One kit was missing a takedown pin detent pin, we emailed them and they sent me one so all was good.

Very decent prices and some of the quicker shipping Vs. other sites.

The item purchased was limited to one each. I wanted to purchase two.

UPDATE: I was finally able to get a response from Tier 2 customer support. They reached out to the vendor and had the missing part shipped directly to me. They did resolve the issue and provide everything what was ordered. It was just a bit slower than I would have liked. I would have at least liked to see some level of expedited shipping rather than the normal post office speed. ORIGINAL REVIEW I have been trying to reach out to the company for several days and continually run into road blocks. I started with the chat function which the person is cordial, but says they need to pass me to Tier 2 support, who I never hear from. I have requested a phone call and not gotten called back yet. Tried to call them which is another adventure in finding a phone number only to get a recorded message asking me to leave another message. Tried with the chat again to no avail. I get told that customer service hours are one thing from the chat and another from the email from the system. As of right now, I am still waiting for a return call because the item I purchased did not everything need it in the box to continue my AR build.

I'm not especially thrilled with them not having a phone number to contact them directly although I do understand why they don't. I requested verification of stock on hand and received a reply later via email. I then submitted an order which after processing I received a tracking number but there was a delay of one day before UPS had the item. My purchase was a Lantac EBCG. Their price was on par with other sellers of the same item, nothing spectacular, certainly less than suggested retail from the manufacturer. I did receive the EBCG and it is everything I was lead to believe it was and ordered being a top of the line premium Bolt Carrier Group. The big question: would I use AR15 Discounts again or recommend them? Yes.

Felt the need to give these guys a bit of love. I ordered July 2nd but was warned via website it would take 6-8 business days to process. They are moving from CA to NC. It took almost that amount of time to receive but I did. Everything was packaged nicely and fit/finish was great especially for the cost. The customer service responses via email were great. Responded every time within a day. Hopefully the long shipping times shorten but worth it either way.

only did four stars so hopefully people would read it, ar15discount has good stuff shipping wasnt bad since this corona virus stuff. wasnt going to buy at first since most reviews said they took to long but it was fine for me and they got good parts so im okay with the wait. if your not impatient about getting your stuff its worth buying and worth the wait. i order 4 things in one order and ill buy more stuff for sure.

I bought several products from here. I would recommend this company.
