AR15 DiscountsReviews of ar15discounts.com

Every time I place an order through ar15discount.com I know, without a doubt my order will arrive flawlessly without any issues. I have not yet to have any problems. I’m very pleased. Looking forward to future orders thank you.

Great all around. Orders ship same day or 2 days out depending. Always satisfied.

Needed help with something and Eric really went the extra mile to assist me in finding a certain lower receiver. This is a great company and fast shipping, very polite and professional service! Thanks Eric

I’ve made multiple purchases over the last couple of years and have had nothing but good experiences. The team is small enough that communication and order processing are speedy, but not too small that they can’t handle the volume of purchases. They have either consistently had the lowest prices or will match a lower price of the same model offered by an approved retailer. Twice they have been out of stock on items I was after with the option to be notified when back in stock, and both times I was notified within days that the items were restocked... great inventory management compared to other companies I’ve been waitlisted on. The shipping costs are low, not Amazon two-day fast, but still usually receiving items within 4-7 days depending on the day of the week I placed the order. I also had an experience where one of the owners reached out to make sure that my needs were met, and we had a casual conversation about my firearms interests and asking for honest feedback on my experiences. It left me ready to continue business with this company at the next opportunity provided by my pocket book. You won’t be disappointed!

The team at ar15discounts.com is nothing short of incredible. Customer service makes or breaks a company, and they are top of the line in that category. I’ll brag on Eric and Hannah specially because that’s who I talked with but I’m sure that’s the company culture. Hard to think I’ll buy parts from anywhere else after doing business here. A bonus is the pricing here is defiantly hard to beat!

Great site with great customer service! They definitely will make things right if anything goes wrong. Had a shipping hiccup and they handled it very professionally and took responsibility for the issue. They definitely go above and beyond to make a customer happy and show they care about your business. It doesn't matter if your a regular joe or a big company your business matters. They take care of their customers in ways most big companies wouldn't think of and that impressed the hell out of me and definitely caught me off guard. For that im a customer for life! But for reference im talking about the man on the phone I spoke with he made a huge difference on how i feel about this company! He knows who he is! Thanks again man for reaching out! That being said this is my go to site for all my AR needs! I love the ease of navigating the site and finding everything quickly. They have a huge selection of parts with great deals going on all the time! Very satisfied customer! So don't hesitate to shop here for all your AR needs you wont be disappointed!
