Don't order here! I had ordered two bikinis. Both bikinis are not as expected. Price/quality not good. I emailed asking to return them. I immediately received a very friendly email back suggesting that I choose two new bikinis, without returning the two I had received. All good. Now we are now months later. I get no more replies to my mails. The two bikinis are still packed on my closet. No communication. So no returns. And therefore no refund either. Not okay.

As advised by the company's website, I have emailed them about making a return (the item I bought does not fit). I have not received a response despite following up multiple occasions.

SIZES ARE TINY. I have worn size small for generally every brand in tops and bottom and for this brand I already guessed it might be smaller I ordered a size up. First time around the bottoms fit okay but top was actually too large so I asked for an exchange since you cannot buy tops and bottoms of different sizes which is silly. They sent and exchange which is fine. I ordered a second suit thinking I can trust the sizing now and even though I ordered a medium both the top and bottom were tiny and couldn’t fit at all. No exchanges offered for second time around which I understand if the sizes were CONSISTENT. But since each different swimsuit apparently has a different size it was completely wrong and not my fault that the company does not size consistently. Even if the sizes run small they should be consistent between the swimsuit. Return experience is a pain as well as you need to pay for your own shipping and send them a tracking number. I just accepted a partial refund since the shipping back to them would cost more. They were completely unapologetic about their inconsistency as well. Terrible customer service experience. EDIT: after posting this review, the company reached out to me to try to amend their error. First they offered to send me a larger size. The order arrived but the bottoms were broken. Literally the strap was not attached. The top was intact but STILL too small. I am a size small for almost every brand but this large set was still too small for me. They contacted me again to ask me if i received my order and asked me to take down this review. I told them that they sent a broken swimsuit that was STILL too small. They then offered to send me another swimsuit for free. I did not want any more swimsuits I just wanted black bottoms that would fit so I asked for a pair of large black bottoms from another set. They did send them and they were fine. Still don’t understand how their largest size only just fits me when I am a size extra small to small for most brands. They then contacted me again to urge me to take down or edit this review. They did “solve” my complaint in the end so I will comply and edit this review honestly. But I am also certain they would not have reached out to me if it wasn’t for posting this review. Customer service should be fair to everyone. Not just those who bother to post a bad review to warn others. Also the badgering to get me to take down this review shows that their actions to correct their mistake was not genuine or sincere but solely just to help increase their sales/ fix their reputation. The bottoms that they finally sent that fit me are nice and decent quality/ soft so if you can manage to find a set that fits then the swimsuits themselves are not terrible.

They don’t cover return and I had to send the swimsuit back from UK to USA

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Returns process is a joke, I emailed to confirm I wanted to return and get a refund and have now had 2 emails asking me if I want to exchange instead or get a 70% refund. For the 3rd time I have now emailed saying I want to return and get a refund! This company is a joke, it shouldn't be this hard to process a return request and it shouldn't be questioned multiple times. Just action what the customer requests - we know what we want and don't want!

Terrible customer service! I have been requesting a return shipping address via email, since there is no other contact option listed on the website. Your company refuses to respond to my emails requesting return shipping address. The only response I received was information for exchanges and no response for returning my order. Do not order from this company!

Ordered three swimsuits from this company about two months ago. Received them the other day and I am very disappointed that they are not true to size. I bought a large to be safe (I’m a US 4-6) and these swimsuits barely cover anything. Either a case of false advertising or a very inaccurate sizing chart. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to this order for some time. Will be returning. Caution to anyone buying over a size 2.
