I got a problem with connecting server using SFTP. Then I click Support --> Open ticket ask for help, and then they reply and help me out. One thing I like about open ticket is that it just like email. You got plenty of time to response, to think about what is going on, and describe the situation. By the way, FTP is way faster than you click the upload button in cpanel file manager.

they have helped me everytime and i could not reccomend this higher. this is the best server hosting i ever used and it is so cheap and has servers of such high quality, ive used many server hosting softwares and this is the best one and i plan on sticking with aquatis forever. i could not reccomend this more, if you want a server for anything from one to play with your friends to small-medium sized public servers use aquatis.

I had a small Forge Minecraft server, Aquatis ran great and I never had issues with the server itself running. Only ran into a problem when I wanted to update to a Fabric 1.17.1 and had no way to change the Java version so that I could run Fabric/Minecraft. The lower rating is because of how difficult it can be to use the Multicraft panel to try to actually work on the server, so it would be nice if they updated the panel or provided more clear instructions to use their panel specifically. Otherwise, Aquatis was pretty good. Customer service helped me get into my account to cancel my subscription when I couldn't and was overall easy to deal with. Good if you want a cheap server and don't mind limited options within the server itself.
