They will SUSPEND your VPS without any warning or prior contact to understand the situation. Happened to me twice now. STAY AWAY from them if you have any software running that people depend on, because they will impact your company, startup or personal projects WITHOUT caring about you!

After several days since placing the order, the product still hasn’t been delivered, and support takes more than 48 hours to respond. When they finally do, it’s just a short message, and then they go silent for several more days. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Terrible customer support. I purchased a 2TB storage, but they only gave me 20GB. They haven't responded to my ticket to fix this for a couple of days. Shameful

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Networking is absolute dog sh!t. I can't even have players join my server without immediately getting lagged off of it.

Terrible! No answer, no refund! This is NOT how you solve a dispute and unfortunately you are leaving me no choice but to escalate the case on Paypal. This is very disappointing!

Hey Ben, You never responded to the ticket on our billing system resulting in your ticket being closed due to inactivity. We're trying to look into your issue but you never decided to respond to your ticket. You never submitted a ticket claiming you requested a refund on our end either. We look forward to your response.

The host is very laggy. not the best host I would choose to use for hosting servers. check out another host if you want to have a good host.
