They replied very fast when I opened a ticket, and it is definitely worth it. Although when I asked for a refund it took quick a while for them to believe me. Hopefully they will improve their system and swiftly grow!

The support was really good, I got all the information I needed very fast. However there is no support for 1.18 Forge that isn't really their fault.

I had a small Forge Minecraft server, Aquatis ran great and I never had issues with the server itself running. Only ran into a problem when I wanted to update to a Fabric 1.17.1 and had no way to change the Java version so that I could run Fabric/Minecraft. The lower rating is because of how difficult it can be to use the Multicraft panel to try to actually work on the server, so it would be nice if they updated the panel or provided more clear instructions to use their panel specifically. Otherwise, Aquatis was pretty good. Customer service helped me get into my account to cancel my subscription when I couldn't and was overall easy to deal with. Good if you want a cheap server and don't mind limited options within the server itself.

Amit is cool, and always on top of things, Ian is always around but never wants to help. Klanx watches from the shadows and only chimes his 2 cents in when everything could come crumbling down, and Blueberries... well he's there. If you have Amit expect 5 star service. If you have to deal with the entire team, expect a wait time lol. Great hosting, staff and unbeatable prices. Give them your money today.

Fast response, It didn't fully answer my needs.

It is a really cheap and good hoster. It's only a bit buggy though, for example, when i bought my minecraft server, they gave me the wrong ip and my server wouldn't run because somebody else was running on that ip.
