cheap cost best performance !

Joesph is a true savior

Terrible customer support. I purchased a 2TB storage, but they only gave me 20GB. They haven't responded to my ticket to fix this for a couple of days. Shameful

Very responsive, very helpful. And most importantly: they price like Actual Human Beings, as opposed to someone trying to exploit a niche. I'm currently in-between jobs right now, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to host a decent server for my friends with my budget — but looking at Aquatis's pricing plans made me realize that most other places are MASSIVELY overcharging. I'll be making use of their services plenty more in the future!

It was a good host, but the Multicraft panel is outdated and not user friendly for new people seeking a host. Pterodactyl as an example allows the end user to directly install plugins with one button in the panel itself.

best bang for buck for vps. support is great, performance has been great as well. I get better speeds from aquatis than my $100/month vps at vultr to be honest.

helpful support, and also comprehendingcustomer service

My experience was very good. The one who helped me is Joseph Kerber I am very grateful to him for resetting my crashed server and his very fast response time.
