I have been a customer with aquatic for well over a year and the services have always worked exceptionally well however some time ago the support was not the best and it took time to get help on certain issues but these issues were never the companies it was always a question I had about setting something up because I had some troubles back then but I still always ended up getting support now days the support is actually above excellent I had a complicated question that I couldn't find help anywhere else online and I got a response with actual information helping me within minutes this is on the discord server I 100 percent recommend this company to anyone and they are adding new things everyday they certainly do care about the customers and they have a great future ahead love riley

Excellent! Great Uptime for FR.1! I have 2GB server that works amazingly, the panel in kinda slow, and it got down 2 times for the past 3 months of me using this host. But hey, perfect if you are just starting a new server! I'm not complaining, as it only is 2$ per month for 2GB (with promo code).

The cheapest, the best and the most reliable hosting service you will find on the internet for Minecraft servers. The panel is slow, sometimes very slow (can take up to 2 minutes to load a page), everything but that is a lot better than acceptable. If you have problems, just join their discord channel and they will help you with pretty much any problems that occur.

My experience was good at first, but after 3 or so days, I noticed the server randomly shutting down. Didn't think anything of it, until the entire node my server is hosted on (TX8) went offline for over 12 hours, with no updates from the Aquatis Staff (except for acknowledging it was down, but no ETA on a fix or what the issue was). Then, the node went down again. Overall, not having a good experience because I can't physically play with my server going offline and online and offline and repeating.

The services are cheap and very reliable. Highly recommend.
