Just ordered my server and honestly looks amazing.. built in repair tool for your worlds is very very nice feature.

I have used aquatis for a long time now and they are generally a reliable host. However the only lacking point for me is their discountinuation of a deal which effectively removed their one dollar per gb scheme on minecraft servers. Other than that extremely great support and reliable!

Hello, this is my second review. My first was on January 28th, 2019, that was around when I first got the host. I am still with Aquatis as of October 11, 2019, so coming up on 9 months. I have been through many ups and downs with the host. There were some server ISP issues, domain issues, storage issues, etc. Seen it all, been through it too. Performance(Server): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, server performance is pretty great. I have had some CPU issues with Texas-16 server, excessive CPU usage which was verified by Amit. When I first got the host, we were originally on like the TX-8 server or whatever; they are the oldest servers of their hardware and as such, were slow and okay. They worked but right now the best server I find is the TX-15. 2TB SSD, 2 CPUs, 256GB ram. Its a beast and my server stays at a constant 20TPS when I am running like 6 worlds in multiverse, dynmap, and when I use my backup plugin. Only hits the TPS a tiny bit. Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pricing at Aquatis is insane and was obviously one of the main reasons I came here in the first place. You can see other hosts charge $10/GB and provide half of the support and quality that Aquatis does. Shout to to @amit177 for being evidence of that statement. Support: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As stated above, Amit. The god of support around here. From simple questions which I shouldnt of needed to ask to intriguing and troubling server issues. Hes done it all. Hes an awesome guy and is what makes this host 10/10. Without him, wheeew. That would be a mess. Webinterface: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Over a period of time, there has been issues with the multicraft panels being slow. Dealt with that for a while, I believe its good now for all panels. Overall, its just standard Multicraft with the host modifications to personalize it to the hosting name and design itself. Multicraft FTP sucks and is not meant for continued use just because it wasnt designed for that through any web browser. I strongly suggest that anyone who is doing anything other than straight Vanilla, get WinSCP or Filezilla as a FTP program which will allow you to more easily manage the server files and upload at a faster rate. (Can take greater upload/download speeds and doesn't freeze the page) Website Design:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The website design is quite nice and easy to navigate. Simple buttons to point where you need to go. Clean design, no useless information, added bonus of server specifications and statuses. Its nice to know what your servers are running on. I quite like that transparency which is public to all. Summary: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As per my introduction, Aquatis is a wonderful host to go with and will not break the bank, even if you try it for a couple months. All you'll lose is a couple cups of coffee. Thats it! Really weird to think of it that way. $4/month TOO MUCH !!, no its not. Buy a coffee or two. Oh look, there it is. The website design is nice, can easily get experienced and unexperienced people through. The support is insane as long as Amit is here :slight_smile: and the physical servers are well-maintained and provided for with the hardware they hold. Looking at a couple thousand dollars per server (256GB RAM, 2x Xeon CPUs, 2TB SSD) Would recommend 10/10 - Will not go to any other host anymore just because of the support and general lack of issues. (Has had its fair share of things come up, usually dealt with swiftly though)

Aquatis is one of the best hosting i've tried. I've been with a fair share of hosting trying to find the right one and Aquatis has showed me that it is the best. From pricing to staff support it fails to let me down!

You guys were a great service, customer service could be slow but it's understandable because you seem under staffed. It was nothing against you guys I just personally don't use it anymore and I'm just trying to save money. You guys were always extremely helpful, especially Amit, he was the most friendly and the most knowledgeable (at least for problems I was having.) I may come back but for now I'm working a lot so.
