This was a very difficult purchase
This was a very difficult purchase. Initial shipment arrived crushed. This resulted in significant issues with that original vendor. Goran and his staff stepped up and helped me get a replacement tub in a timely manner, and followed up all the way through from order to delivery. Without their help, we would never have gotten this tub.

Hi Nicholas. I'm really glad that everything worked out in the end. Wish you all the best. Cheers, Goran

To begin
To begin, the Aquatica website is very well organized, and all the photos are very helpful to a customer trying to visualize how a particular tub might look like in their own home. Secondly, the few questions I had were answered almost immediately with online chat. And those answers to my questions were knowledgeable! Thirdly, when I wanted to speak to a person directly before placing my order, Goran called promptly. We discussed a few details, and I placed my order. Placing the order on their website was easy, and I received a confirmation that day. All very professional.
