I absolutely love gel x and the gel x system. The colors are hit and miss - some are amazing and others are super streaky. Their customer service unfortunately sucks and all of their electronics are low quality. Both my regular lamp and flash cure lamp broke after a year and the e file arrived defective. Luckily, they let me return that. Some colors look so wildly different from the swatches online and they will do nothing to rectify that. So overall, the gel x system does a lot of heavy lifting for a so-so company. But I love my gel x.

This is about the website. I like their polishes, but their website is TERRIBLE. Hard to navigate, takes forever to load (and sometimes won't let you click on products). They should also show you example of the nails instead of the bottle as the first picture. The Kiara Sky website is so much better, they should do what they do and include small videos on swiping each color. I also don't think the colors look the same in person at all compared to the website. I can't order from their website anymore since it is so frustrating and I am not sure what the colors will actually look like in person.

Products are phenomenal. Haven't had an issue yet. Their Aer Gel system is solid, and the Gel-X is as original as it can get. My main issue is their customer service. It seems like most companies forget what "customer service" was all about. The customer service staff aren't friendly at all. I get half-a**ed answers from them all the time, which is disappointing for a company that's leading the industry in product innovation. Also, when I reach out to their customer support through chat or email, it takes almost 48 hours to get somewhat of a response. That's pretty terrible... I do have confidence that they can turn this around, but the question is, will they?
