So Far, I'm loving my experience with App Verticals. I'm working with them to build both our iOS & Android apps and they're helping with everything from frontend UX to backend & most importantly one of the core features in the app i.e., In app Live and on-demand Lessons. That specific task involved lots of intricacies but their spot on strategies played a major role in making sense of the business model and creating an engaging experience for the users. They standout with their approach towards prioritizing client success, being flexible in working through changes in strategy and direction and I must mention the core team I am working with having an exceptional domain expertise who stays up to date with the modern tech standards, and productivity tools that kept the process smooth & organized through out. The team is very proactive and flexible in allocating additional resources when required. They have the mindset and motivation required to build complex IT products that scale and attract investments on a global capital market. I had struggled a long time finding a tech partner who would understand my vision & help me make it a reality. Thank you team for all the dedication in defining the business model and your detailed oriented approach since day one in creating a LMS that anyone could adapt to it easily the UI/UX of the platform is similar to Netflix or social media which allows a quick understanding of where to go find things. All that wouldn't be possible without an extraordinary tech partner. I can't wait for its LAUNCH!! YOU guys have worked so hard. KUDOS to the entire team. You guys are the best. Highly Recommended.

On November 04, 2021, I hired Appverticals to complete a website build as outlined in our Scope of Work contract completed on November 19, 2021. The company is still, as of August 12, 2022, has not delivered on the website months past the estimated contract completion month of March 2022. Additionally, the work completed is not up to the standards or guidelines stated in the contract. The project managers and development team have lacked communication and professionalism throughout the duration of the website build by going days and weeks at a time without progress or updates, losing/not reading documentation, and not understanding the project in it's entirety by doing proper research. They have mislead me to believing they could deliver this website in a timely and efficient manner for the money I paid. The only thing they did okay on was the initial design of the website but they did not do a good job with understanding feedback in the design process and drug that process out for months longer than it should have been. Most of the time they make excuses for not responding to their clients on time. Furthermore, do not work with Vanessa Ray who was my initial point of contact to sell me on their services. She was my project manager as well and made a lot of false promises and then left my project in the middle of development and I haven't heard from her since. I would suggest not to go with Appverticals for any project at all, but especially not any complex project.

AppVertical has been honest and transparent regarding their work, and I would recommend them to my friends and business partners.
