AppVerticalsReviews of appverticals.com

Paid for 100k+ for my project and the designs wasn't similar to the end work. Received super late, and had to threaten them with legal actions just to get access to the my source code after that the platform was super buggy, they asked for extra 5k to solve their bugs, after examination from my side my guys concluded the portals had over 160+ bugs while the company pointed out just 15.

Beware of App Verticals! They Have sent me incomplete website files and will not fix it. Please Beware of this Company and view the BBB website to see all the Complaints filed against them.

I purchased a logo with Logo Valley Design months ago and had the worst communicating agent. After months of deliberation, he completely disappeared. I then had another agent who assisted with my design, then he too disappeared. I had to call the company through the website since they would not return my emails to find out that the second agent was no longer available. So we finally got a third agent who can help and he was turning out to be great. He requested that I put a good review on App Verticals, strangely, which I did since he was better at communicating than the rest. Then all of a sudden, he too disappeared. After calling the company through the website yet again, they shared that he had COVID so he was unable to assist. Another agent took over to help, then the agent who had COVID came back. Logo was finalized, but he sent the wrong files. And now they are not returning my emails or calls. Guess when my logo was started- May 16, 2022. Today is October 4, 2022. Not meeting deadline is an understatement. Do NOT use this company. I would've paid more for someone else who can meet the timelines and meet my expectations.

On November 04, 2021, I hired Appverticals to complete a website build as outlined in our Scope of Work contract completed on November 19, 2021. The company is still, as of August 12, 2022, has not delivered on the website months past the estimated contract completion month of March 2022. Additionally, the work completed is not up to the standards or guidelines stated in the contract. The project managers and development team have lacked communication and professionalism throughout the duration of the website build by going days and weeks at a time without progress or updates, losing/not reading documentation, and not understanding the project in it's entirety by doing proper research. They have mislead me to believing they could deliver this website in a timely and efficient manner for the money I paid. The only thing they did okay on was the initial design of the website but they did not do a good job with understanding feedback in the design process and drug that process out for months longer than it should have been. Most of the time they make excuses for not responding to their clients on time. Furthermore, do not work with Vanessa Ray who was my initial point of contact to sell me on their services. She was my project manager as well and made a lot of false promises and then left my project in the middle of development and I haven't heard from her since. I would suggest not to go with Appverticals for any project at all, but especially not any complex project.

Would send corrections in a reply via email, it would take weeks sometimes to get an update. I shouldn't have to check on progress. ("Oh, I meant to send it last week")The corrections were not even being made entirely. This entire ordeal caused the project to take too long, so I just approved the project....then they asked for more money. I just had them trash the project and went elsewhere to get it done. I was careful to listen to the words during the sales pitch because I didn't want any unexpected fees. $500 list price turned in $700 payment, and $450 on the back end.
