We used to rely on Carwise, a generic third-party tool, for photo-based estimate requests, with no branded experience and no real system to manage requests or clients. AppVerticals built us our own invite-only app where customers scan their VIN, submit guided damage photos, and track their request through to a downloadable estimate, backed by an admin portal for managing clients and partners and a staff portal for our team to review requests and send estimates. It's been live since June 2026, and it genuinely feels like an extension of the business we'd already built. Happy customer, and glad to be a reference.

AppVerticals is building The Baja App for us, a travel platform for Baja California Sur that replaces outdated blogs and old reviews with one verified source for restaurants, hotels, excursions, and beaches. What stood out is how much local detail they got right: live water conditions and bilingual safety cautions on beaches and islands, season-by-season timing for excursions, and different reservation instructions depending on how each venue actually takes bookings. It's built as three connected pieces, a tourist app, a partner app for local businesses, and an admin platform tying it together, including a QR-based membership system that lets a discount get validated and redeemed in person, in real time. The project is still in development, but the level of care already in the details gives us real confidence in where it's headed.

Paid for 100k+ for my project and the designs wasn't similar to the end work. Received super late, and had to threaten them with legal actions just to get access to the my source code after that the platform was super buggy, they asked for extra 5k to solve their bugs, after examination from my side my guys concluded the portals had over 160+ bugs while the company pointed out just 15.
