Ordered an expensive part because they had it in stock. Credit card was charged but never received shipment confirmation. Called to follow up (60 minutes on hold) and was told it was back ordered. They said they would cancel the order but never did - even after another call (45 minute wait) and 3 e-mails later. The on-line order status says it is still waiting shipment and has not been cancelled. There is no way to cancel it online either. Stopping payment now. Do not use Appliance Parts Group. They will tell you anything over the phone, but nothing is true.

Stay far away from this company. They not only sent the wrong filter but will not respond to return. They seem pleasant on the phone when you inquire on return but never follow through. The worst online parts company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, and now out the $. Terrible.

Not dependable On 11/13/25 I ordered an Asko replacement part for my dishwasher. Received a confirmation. It is now 11/20/25 with no response or contact with tracking number. I called the company received recording to wait for representative, waited an hour and half no reply. Not sure what happening but they took the money. Going to try one more time before I ask Visa to stop the payment.

Purchased a part but still it was still pending after 3 weeks. Sent them an email to ask why and they said it is backordered, and the ETA is two months later. I was so surprised because they should notify me or show it "backorder" online. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me but no response. Two weeks later I sent them another email to ask for cancelling the order, still no response but one week later I got the refund. Very bad experience, they don't care their customers at all.

Do not trust this company with your business. I ordered a part from them but ended up returning it due to changing my mind and instead replaced the machine. I followed their return policy and paid to ship the part back to them. They denied my return saying that the part was installed. I ordered a used part from them and never installed it. Beware and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a Hisense water tank on 6/20/ 2025. The date today is 9/12/25. When I initially ordered this part, the website stated it was available. When I called to cancel my order today, Kevin the customer service rep stated that this part is no longer available. What? They have been telling me for months that the part would be there any day now. Ok, let me understand this. If that is the case and I didn't call today, Appliance Parts Group was going to just keep my money? Do not do business with this company. They will take your money! Take your business elsewhere!

Ordered part and after more than a week it wasn't shipped. Called and they said out of stock. Cancelled order and waited a week with no credit. Called second time and they said had shipped. I had already ordered and received a replacement from another supplier. They sent me RMA but still had to eat the first shipping charge even though it was their fault. They don't keep notes on calls received. Won't do business with again.
