Hello Travis, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused during this process. To clarify what happened: after your initial order, the manufacturer notified us that part #AEB73764521 was superseded by updated part #AEB73764564. Our team reached out to confirm compatibility so we could ship the updated item. We reached out via email to confirm whether you wanted us to ship the in-stock part or process a full refund, but we never heard back from you before this review was posted. We also apologize if any phone communication caused confusion, that is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. The updated part is in stock and ready to ship, but if you still prefer a full refund, we are glad to process that right away so you don't have to wait on a bank dispute. Please reply directly to our email or reach out to us at [email protected] so we can resolve this for you immediately. Best, Kim
