Asking me for a rating before you ship my item seems presumptuous…

Took 20 minutes to get the order through. Finally signed up to get it done. Match picture was a hold up along with figuring out the letters and numbers. Kept dropping information and had to go back and enter it back.

Roger. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and technical glitches you experienced while trying to place your order. Re-entering information and dealing with image verification issues is certainly not the smooth experience we aim to provide. We appreciate your patience in pushing through to complete your purchase, and we are sharing your comments directly with our web team to help us fix these checkout issues and improve the website. Thank you again for your business!

I ordered a part it cost me $25.99 for two days delivery I got it three days later and I have to go and pick it up. It's not being delivered to my house it's going to the UPS store. I am handicap so this is very inconvenient for me especially with the holiday weekend.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trouble and inconvenience this has caused, especially over a holiday weekend. While delivery adjustments, such as holding a package at a local UPS Access Point or store—are typically managed directly by the carrier based on accessibility or drop-off conditions, we completely understand how frustrating and difficult this is for you. Please contact our customer support team directly at (800) 939-0722 or email us at [email protected] with your order number. We would like to look into the delivery delay regarding your expedited shipping fee and see how we can best assist you.

I have never dealt with a company so rigid or with such poor communication. I placed an order on 8/31. On 9/1, I was informed that the part was back-ordered until 9/15 and asked whether I wanted to proceed. I immediately said no and requested that the order be canceled. Based on that information, I purchased the part from another company. On 9/2, Appliance Parts 4 All notified me that the order had already shipped—the same part I had just been told would not be available until 9/15. I was then told to refuse delivery. That was impossible because no signature was required, and the carrier simply left the package outside my closed garage. Now I am being told that I must complete a return form and pay return shipping for an order I specifically canceled before being told it had shipped. In addition, I was charged $25.99 for two-day shipping on a part I was told was back-ordered and could not be shipped promptly. I should not be responsible for return shipping or the $25.99 expedited shipping charge when this situation resulted entirely from inaccurate information and poor communication on your end. I am requesting a full refund, including the original shipping charge, and a prepaid return label for the part. Update ~ Had to file a claim with my credit card company. Company is still refusing to take any responsibility.

We apologize for the frustration and confusion caused by this situation. Because we rely directly on manufacturer estimates for backordered items, inventory restocks can occasionally arrive much earlier than expected. When you placed your order, it was accepted as an active backorder, and while we submitted your cancellation request right away, the warehouse had already processed and handed the part off for shipment once stock suddenly arrived. We understand this created a difficult situation after you sourced the part elsewhere. As our representative mentioned, you are welcome to refuse the package at UPS so it returns directly to us. Once received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed promptly. We appreciate your feedback as we work to improve communication regarding rapid inventory updates.
