The site does not have live inventory. I placed an order 10 days ago and have not received a shipping confirmation. I called and was told the item is backordered. Never was notified. Do better.

I paid for Standard Ground Shipping (2-5 business days) $12 for a small plastic part, and called on "supposed" day of arrival and it's on back order. I won't receive the part for another week+. Customer service said sorry, but good service from Appliance Parts should cover the shipping cost. Next time I'll use Amazon.
