I sent 290 to Apple Pay however I received a quick notification that 180 was being refunded. With help from my bank Apple took 200 n rejected the rest. That 200 to this day has not been credited back to my checking account and Apple insists it’s not their problem because it was refunded to my checking and it was my bank that is not releasing it. Now I have to wait an additional 10 days instead of the 2 to 3 days that according to Apple my money would b in my account. This is not worth using. Why is my money not returned and who will help?

I'm a victim of Klarna credit card fraud. Multiple unauthorized transactions through apple pay. Klarna rep and fraud department did not help me. They gave me emotional and mental turmoil in the process, while I'm grieving through a loss of family.

Apple wallet, is a REAL RIP OFF !! They just take your money,. Why do you think this is the one money app that you can’t lock!! It works to their conscience . They are the real thief !!

Had several orders cancelled by the company, APPLE PAY charged me as well as CASH APP for each order. There was duplicate orders made. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY! $800 on about $400 worth of product. JUST ON THESE COUPLE OF ORDERS! Not to mention past orders. What’s going on AMAZON, CASH APP, and APPLE PAY? Sounds like an inside corporate job to me. Background checks? Customer service gives the run around. Go ask here check there come back and start all over again. Round and round and roundabout we go still lost is this dam rabbit hole. Twist and turns about at 421… time to QUIT! :)

I am disappointed with Apple Pay and the refund process. I understand that payments can sometimes be declined, and I am okay with that. However, I am concerned because my refund requests are now being rejected. I recently reviewed my account and discovered several charges from the game Doomsday: Last Survivors. My child was playing the game and made purchases without my knowledge. When I noticed these charges, I submitted refund requests, but they were denied. I believe I may have missed two of the purchases when I first submitted my requests . I would appreciate it if these purchases could be reviewed again and reconsidered for a refund, as they were made by my child without my authorization. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I was ok for a while, but now after the latest set of duplicate payment claims 8/8 for the same card same app. And the reject the claim and as standard fir apple reject the claim outright without any reason given appalled

It works sometimes. But if there’s a fraudulent charge(s) from the Apple App Store , it takes 10 days to show in the Apple Cash balance even though it’s owned by Apple. Ridiculous, no excuse for that.

My money was put on a card that I wasn’t familiar with, I called Apple Cash within 15 minutes of noticing it was not put on my card, they told me to call back in two hours. I did at the two hour mark I made a refund request. I received an email denying the request because I took too long to file the request. I found out that the card that the money went on happened to be my sons. They took the money out of his account and just kept it and basically told me there’s nothing that can be done so please do not use this service. they are crooks thieves.
