Apple has too many “outages” and stealing people’s money and leaving them stranded is too common lately. We give too much of ourselves to these scam companies and products thinking they better our “busy” lives .. they don’t!!

I am very dissatisfied with Apple Pay. I have a family account with my son; I am the administrator, but my son has his own account that he uses for App Store purchases. However, Apple charges the money to my account as well as his. I have raised a dispute but haven't received any response.

First experience with apple bill pay a nightmare. It is obvious that the dispute process is handled by AI and is basically unreachable. Requested to have a link so I could provide support of an incorrect charge amount and was met with a decline reason of "not elgible". Not elgible is not defined when requested. On line CS is not empowered to make decisions independently. Their history showed the downgrade and therefore the pricing should have been .99 and not 79.99. Will certainly be considering an Android on my next phone purchase as they are very unprofessional when needed for assistance to correct third party App issues.

Een of andere oplichters site genaamd cv boost.com weet ineens dit bedrag van mijn applepay af te schrijven. Ik maak daar geen gebruik van en krijg het ook niet teruggestort. I downloaded an app on my TV and paid for the subscription by scanning a QR code which allowed me to pay through Apple Pay. I set the subscription not to auto renew. The company attempted to charge me anyway. When I noticed, it was already 4-5 days after they attempted to charge me and I cancelled it, again. I then had to submit a refund request which didn’t make sense because I had not been charged yet. To make it worse this is my first day back to work after many months of being unemployed and there are apps that I need to download and other apps I need to update and I can’t unless I pay for a subscription that I don’t want and honestly can’t afford just to turn around and ask for a refund again. Apple Pay subscription payment users beware! Your phone can be held hostage until you pay for a subscription, you may have already cancelled, because the company is still trying to charge you!!!

Would not recommend to anyone. If there is an issue with a purchase Goldman will not support you. They will not take any responsibility even if the merchant is uncooperative and refuses to compensate the loss. I have never had a dispute denied repeatedly, while being told my associates my complaint was valid and being directed to re-dispute for over a year’s time. I will not ever use the card again, not even for gas or gum. I should’ve used an Amex or a bank Visa to begin with but lesson learned.

Apple Pay screw out of 58.39 on a fraudulent charge by a hotel. I show Apple Pay I pay the bill on Apple Pay and capital one on the same day and night. The people who made this decision are so bad at there jobs I sent in pictures of pay bill from capital one. I still got turned down on my appeal
