I recently tried to use 3 months free Apple Music which I got with a Currys purchase. There was no way I could get logged in as I kept getting told my email address was already registered and would not let me create new password. Also in chat I asked if it could be anything to do with itunes which I used to use. I was told there was no connection between apple music and itunes! Finally, I have had £65 sitting in itunes and there is no way I can get access to it. No problems with Amazon music that I have switched to.

Unübersichtlich, kompliziert Music zu importieren und es kann halt passieren, dass alles was importiert wurde, von jetzt auf gleich weg ist. Nicht zu empfehlen. Hab mir nen MP3 Player geholt. Echt schlecht

I have used apple for many years since the first device of Iplayers came out and put my Cds on the apple which was great. Over the last two years ago, the pictures of bought albums on itune got all mixed up and spend a lot of time with the support who came up empty handed. More recently all my CD's added to apple just disappeared although they show on the system. Keeps telling me cant find the location. It seems they are pushing us into monthly subscription where they make more money.

I had problems when iTunes refused to reload tracks which I had purchased. Technical telephone support was good, and advised me to switch to Apple Music. Problem solved, but then the other problems started. Apple Music is awful, so many good features have gone. With iTunes, I used to be able to search the store free, to purchase an album or a single track, to upload CDs and burn CDs, to import music. All gone in Apple Music. The iTunes library index worked for albums and artists by initial, Apple Music "index" is just scrolling through long lists. Why the detrimental changes? I would still use the ITUNES services but there is no way I'll pay the monthly fee for Apple Music.

les morceaux que l'on achète ne sont meme plus disponibles hors connexion et quelque soit le format mp3 ou autre... Pour moi qui suis musicien et qui ai besoin de répéter avec une bande son, cela devient impossible de transférer un fichier vers une batterie électronique pzr exemple, meme apres l'achat du morceau. Un comble. C'est quoi la solution ? Nous pousser vers le piratage ? Une honte...

Największe g...no z jakim miałem do czynienia, nie dość że nie odtwarza całych utworów tylko kawałki, to jeszcze nie da się usunąć ani konta ani karty płatniczej którą dodałem. Na szczęście zawsze używam kart jednorazowych.
