Tries to force me to reset my password for security reasons but doesn't tell me what they are and won't show my purchased music

Apple Music is the worst music app I have ever used it's so annoying to where I don't even like my favorite songs anymore I've had it for 30 days now NS 25 days of misery I'm going back to Spotify and YouTube Music

Cette application ressemble à la chambre de mon enfant, un foutoir sans nom où même lui ne retrouve pas ses petits. Une refonte totale de cette machine à gaz chez Apple est indispensable afin d'empêcher (notamment) que l'algorithme continue à vous resservir continuellement les mêmes morceaux, même cliquant en aléatoires et garantisse ainsi votre abrutissement progressif ou l'abdication face à ce service foireux... Impossible sans être ingénieur de profiter d'un véritable random plutôt que de tourner en rond dans l'aquarium décidé par le robot. Ah mais j'oubliais, Apple n'a pas besoin de travailler car les clients continuent de courir dérrière.. alors pourquoi se fatiguer?

Id give less than one star. I can't get the music that I had paid for or even redeem the card I bought for music. I've called Apple support and was told that they have to investigate. Never again will I buy anything apple. It is nothing but a scam. You can not use their services unless you have apple products. I am out the money and music. And even the time I spent looking for the music I had bought when I had a apple product. Over a month and not one way to get anything resolved. Thanks a lot !

This app is a disaster. I called a few days ago because songs were being deleted after I had downloaded them, and now it's even worse—they deleted over 2,000 songs I had downloaded. I’m not paying for the membership anymore.

Devo purtroppo lasciare una recensione assolutamente negativa per il trattamento che quest'azienda mi ha riservato. Mi è stato bloccato l'account Apple senza preavviso e senza una motivazione valida. Contattando l'assistenza mi è stato detto che l'account non è recuperabile e che l'importo del canone mensile regolarmente pagato non è rimborsabile. Questo tipo di comportamento è considerabile come una truffa bella e buona e mi riserverò di agire nelle sedi preposte per denunciarlo. Penso che un'azienda di queste dimensioni abbia perlomeno l'obbligo di motivare il disservizio e di fare in modo di porvi rimedio. Distinti saluti. Un utente deluso.
