Best turn your phone off if you plan on going inside your house. Absolutely belter way to not be able to listen to music. Why are the massive companies so dog egg at this?

Apple music è inadatto, troppo caro per musica classica rispetto ad altre soluzioni, come Amazon o Spotify. Pensavo di aver acquistato una intera sinfonia di Tchaikovsky a 0,99, invece era solo uno di 4 tempi. Davvero eccessivo. Quindi circa 4 Euro per una sinfonia di musica classica. Ho chiesto un rimborso che spero di ottenere.

Beware of the automatic renewal subscription After purchasing an Apple product, I was given 3 months free of Apple Music subscription. After the 3 months, I received an invoice from Apple Music for a 1 month subscription renewal, before this invoice I received no advisory email from Apple Music that my free subscription was coming to an end and that my subscription would be automatically renewed for a further 1 month. I immediately cancelled the 1 month renewal subscription and filed for a refund claim. The claim was rejected and the descion final. Lesson Learnt! This has left a bad impression on me regarding Apple as a company. Shame on you, Apple Music.

Apple music is in my opinion the best for anyone who has an iPhone and uses it primarily to listen to music. I'm using Sennheiser Momentum headphones and the sound quality is Noticable better than Spotify for example, and it's also super cheap for what it offers. The UI is fresh and feels different and fluid, which makes it feel great to use. My only gripe is that if you are not in fact only into the Apple ecosystem (for instance you have a Windows machine as well for gaming), then you will have a subpar experience there

Ho usufruito del periodo di prova gratuito di tre mesi dopo l'acquisto di un Iphone 15pro, intenzionato a continuare abbonandomi. App che si integra alla perfezione, comodissima ma... ad un certo punto, a Settembre, vedo dalle mie playlist sparire canzoni di artisti vari, tutti con una cosa in comune. Contatto subito il servizio assistenza che mi risponde che "dovrebbe esserci scritto da qualche parte nei termini di utilizzo", quindi fanno un po' ciò che gli pare. Sapete cosa avevano in comune gli artisti "spariti" dalle mie playlist? Erano autori russi. Cantanti di musica pop normalissima senza messaggi politici di alcun genere. Sono canzoni che si trovano tranquillamente persino su YouTube che è rinomata per l'algoritmo spietato con cui sega contenuti anche soltanto dubbi. Morale della favola: Apple "censura" le canzoni che mi piacciono? Bene, io non pagherò per farmi dire da loro ciò che devo ascoltare.

I had Apple Music more than a year already probably 2 years, it took me 100’s of hours to make my playlists and i just want to say apple sucks on this because once you cancel your subscription they will wipe out all the hard work, the problem is: they don’t give a foxtrot about customers but only about money, i could rate this 0* if possible, don’t make apple music subscription, it’s very expensive and it doesn’t worth it, nothing special, find alternative: there are better and cheaper, apple music making money only because of people’s ignorance….

I ended my subscription to Apple Music. To punish me, they deleted all playlists from music on the iPhone. Including playlists created in iTunes with music I own going back 14 years. They wiped every playlist. Countless hours of work. It’s criminal. Their support team claim it is in their terms of service to remove any playlists created with subscription music, which I understand but this isn’t what they did. Searching online shows this is one of their tactics to keep you subscribed and punish customers for not paying them a monthly fee. Bring back iTunes. I’m taking my business to Spotify. They don’t delete anything after you stop subscribing, I’ve checked.
