Appfolio is a great app. There are just a couple things that i wish were different. 1. There is no reason to enter a bill to write a check. I wish I could just write a check. 2. Because of this, if you make a mistake, you can’t just go in and change the check. First, you have to reverse the check. Then you have to either edit or or delete the bill. Then you have to do EVERYTHING over again. I really don’t understand the necessity of the “enter bills” feature for some scenarios. It the mistake was the wrong property, or the wrong GL, it would be nice to be able to make the correction with one edit screen. 3. I would also like to see a another detail on the tenant screen. How much is the deposit on their unit, and how much have they paid. Thank you for asking!

I love AppFolio. It has made managing my properties so much easier and has allowed me to expand my business through many more efficient and effective processes. The one area that needs improvement however is the accounting side of the product.

Appfolio is user friendly and super easy to use.

I really do love Appfolio. It's made dealing with our tenants, owners, finances, etc so much easier. I really only have one or two issues. I like the bulk e-mail when I'm sending out emails to tenants and even guest cards. But, bulk texting would make a world of a difference. It would cut my time in half when having to send guest cards. When we have a new property we get atleast 200-300 guest cards and sending an individual text is extremely time consuming.

Appfolio has been a tremendous tool for our business. It helped us to achieve our goal of consolidating to one platform for accounting, ACH payments, mass communication, application processing & inspections. Customer service is usually very efficient in troubleshooting. Of course there are always some items on the wish list, but they have been making constant updates to their system.

The product is a good product and the people that work at Appfolio are great!

Overall the system works very well and added features continue to make it better. Getting support has always been frustrating but good once I get it.

Super simple (yet all encompassing) user friendly property management software. I took off one star only because some of the accounting functions aren't top notch but still totally workable.
