Perfect tool for us to manage our properties

Hi have been more than delighted with AppFolio from day one! The features of the software allow us to operate a more streamline, efficient business. The customer support is fabulous. The support team and development team is always there to answer our questions and continue to offer even more value.

I was using OneSite before and I essentially needed 3 years of schooling to understand it all. Yeah, I could do more once I figured it all out, but it wasn't worth all the headaches. Appfolio is very user friendly and easy to pick up.

I switched to AppFolio at the end of 2010 when I only had 25 properties under management. I am now at 120 properties and continuously growing. I am so glad I made the change back then as I feel the software enabled my growth. I appreciate the constant product upgrades at "no charge" and the excellent interaction my staff reports when they have a support need. I am Happy, Happy, Happy :-) Thank You for providing such good service to me and my office !!!

AppFolio took our company out in front of everyone in our community. Most new renters are attracted to being able to do as much as possible online, and Appfolio has delivered and keeps delivering new services.

I am new to the property management world. AppFolio is easy to navigate and is always quick to respond to my inquiries. They're customer service representatives are pleasant and knowledgeable. They are constantly asking for ways to improve their site. AppFolio does update frequently to ensure that we have the most useful tools at our fingertips.

Having used both Yardi Systems and Buildium software in the past I can unequivocally say that AppFolio is the superior property management software. Not only is the interface user friendly and well designed, but they are constantly collecting user feedback and improving the software. They also offer an excellent custom web site option. Since coming on board almost 2 years ago they are constantly innovating and have implemented several items on my "wish list." Two improvements I would still like to see are 1) Integrating Vendors into the Maintenance work flow so that Vendors could log on, accept jobs, make notes and declare jobs completed and 2) an option to pay for immediate (within an hour) Support requests. Support is very good about responding promptly (with 12 hours or so) but sometimes there is an urgent, time sensitive issue. I expect a lot from my property management software and AppFolio consistently delivers. 5 Stars
