Great program.

Every system can have challenges. We were new to AppFolio this year and we did not always understand the process. Every time I called or sent an email, I received the best help. Almost every one was an excellent teacher and gave me a hand up so I could learn the process. I expected them to be knowledgeable, but they were all patient and kind, too.

Switching to AppFolio's web based software program in 2012 opened a world of simplicity for us. We now use one system for not only our daily Property Management operations, but our website, marketing and media, rental applications and screening, tenant interest retention, and online rent payments too! AppFolio has been amazing and continues to stay innovative with growing ideas at every turn. They are definitely a group of great minds. We're regularly getting great new updates or being notified of something wonderful on the horizon, and they welcome suggestions from us...the daily users! Don't even get me started on the customer support team. Honestly, they have to be one of the best in any company I've dealt with. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, thorough, and quick to reply. Anytime we've needed assistance with their software, made an error we can't correct, don't understand where to go next, etc., we just submit a support request and within a day (if that) they are on the phone with us. All of them make it easy to reach out for help rather than stumbling through or making a bad situation worse. They also offer webinars and workshops to freshen up your skills or help you get through rough spots throughout the year. They truly are a wonderful group of people and company. Anyone looking to possible change Property Management software should look into AppFolio. You won't regret the decision.

As for me I only have praises for Appfolio. It has made my life so much easier managing our properties ever since Appfolio was implemented in our system.

I really like the ease in using Appfolio. When placing a help we typically receive their response at the end of the day requested. They always help us through our dilemmas. They have added many great features since we started using them in 2010. I think they have more to offer than many of the other software out there. I think their prices are moderate to the high end but it never hurts to pay for good service. They give you plenty of support and ways to make suggestions to help us all. But no program is perfect when trying to accommodate such vast markets. We Love it.

This program makes our Property Management business run so smooth. It does about everything for you and Appfolio is always adding and improving this app to make it even better. The staff there is unbelievable, they make sure that all your questions are answered quickly and listen to to suggestions for improvement. I could not see us being so organized and on top of our business without it. This program has given my staff more time to interact with our tenants and keep them happy. If you don't use Appfolio for your business, I highly recommend that you try Appfolio out.

Four years ago I had to go looking for a new property management software due to the one I had used for years having problems and the company had gone bankrupt and the new owner would not support what I had. After a lot of looking, I decided on Appfolio. I have been very happy I made this choice. I have come to fully trust the system and depend on it in ways I could not have imagined before. With the full integration of our website with owner and tenant portals, vacancy listings on our website and the internet, maintenance work orders, year end reporting and many more important features, we would be lost without the system. They have added several features over our first four years and I know we will see many more to come.
