Excellent customer service
We have used Appfolio for about a year and a half now and the software works wonderfully. The support team is very helpful any time we have a question.

I love AppFolio!!
I have been using Appfolio for 5 1/2 years. I have had a great experience with them. They have great customer service whenever I have questions. I have been impressed that they are always coming out with improvements and new features that help make my job much easier. Whenever I see something that I'd like to be a part of Appfolio, I can send them a request to create it. I appreciate that what I want and need is valued by them. The program just keeps getting better and better! To top it off, it's also user friendly. I love being organized and Appfolio helps me to do just that. I recommend Appfolio!

Great Property Management Software!
Appfolio is very easy to use that it has helped us with training our team members on the five new properties that we have taken on in 2014. It is cost effective and gives our team the tools they need to be successful.

Very thorough and user friendly system.
The system has the capability to do everything we need to do in our business and more. It is very easy to navigate and understand. The support team helps us quickly and always has had a solution to any issue we presented to them.

Like Appfolio
Appfolio makes it easy to track Properties we manage from the listing to the leasing, from the move-in to the move-out. I'm very glad to be partnering with Appfolio. When I do have questions the Customer Service reps are quick to reply and very courteous. Thank you so much for your professionalism.
