Why should you decide?
Good stuff, good reliability, great organization. But why do you decide which are the column headings for my reports? Would you not think that maybe I can decide which columns I need and that maybe they could be different from the ones that you offer? In some reports I need to see who the site manager is. You might not think that there is a need for this and thus you do not include it, thus I cannot include it. Some other report I might need to have the end of lease date, but since you do not include it as an option I cannot do it. I can do this by pasting two report together in Excel but that is an extra step. Office provides all the headings that exist for the command for the Quick Access Toolbar. I do not use them all, of the vast majority, but I venture that most Toolbar are unique. And everyone is given the opportunity to use it as they see fit. In this business everyone has different needs. And that vision is what at present AppFolio is lacking.

Hi Manuel, thank you for providing us with this feedback! Our teams are always looking for ways to improve the reporting functionality to suite the needs of our customers. We will take this into consideration, I would also advise you to add the specific columns you use and would like more control over in a product suggestion on our Product Suggestion Board. This is the most direct way for your suggestions to reach out Product Team, and they will keep you up to date on your specific idea, should they choose to develop the idea for AppFolio Property Manager.
