Fair pricing and great service
Fair pricing and great service. They are always making improvements to their platform as well. Every interaction with customer service has been great and was always followed up with to make sure that I did not need any further help.

This is the best program I have used…
This is the best program I have used and have tried several. Customer service is wonderful - no waiting 24 to 48 hours for a reply Appfolio is on it!! No complaints and would highly recommend.

Highly Reccomend
Appfolio is by far the best property management software I have used. Being in this industry for 10 years I have used several different software companies only to find that Appfolio is the most user friendly and the technical support is beyond the best. I have zero reservations recommending the software to anyone looking for a great solution to their property management needs.
